I have ordered from Sassy Jones before she landed Macys and before she opened her B&M location. Back when it was pretty much just her and an assistant. Customer service then was pristene! I was so satisfied with not only my purchace but the entire package of how it was delivered. From the hand written card, to the request to post my purchase on social media, then the personal comment on my Instagram post, to the intricately designed box in which my purchase arrived. Fast forward to many sales and employees later, I do not get the same service. Though I was plesantly surprised with my items--the pictures don't do them justice--the service I received from the supposed manager who handled my purchasing process left me feeling severly underwhelmed. I am sad to say that I have unsubscribed from all of the emails and have unfollowed and blocked ads from Sassy Jones in my social media feeds. I want Sassy Jones to insure that her staff gets the appropriate training so that everyone is delivering the same quality service she has given all of these years she's been in business.
The Kibibi bib is another sassy piece that is so versatile. You can dress it up or dress it down. I love it!!
