How long does it take for me to get my shipment?

Sassy Jones uses UPS to ship our packages WORLDWIDE. (shipping fees are calculated at checkout)

Shipping averages 5-7 days (unless otherwise stated). FREE Standard Shipping on all orders in the Continental U.S. Only.

How do I handle lost or stolen packages?

Since Sassy Jones is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

RETURNS

Want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Buyer is responsible for contacting hello@shopsassyjones.com to initiate return process.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise with in 15 days of the delivery of the delivery of your product. After 15 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

In order to correctly process your return, the products must be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.

A store credit will be issued once the return is approved after processing.

Non-Returnable Items: ALL Beauty Products, Surprise Bundle Boxes, Clearance Items, Eva Contouring Bodysuits are nonreturnable.Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s)

How long does it take for me to get a store credit for a return or damage?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
