Buyer is responsible for contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate return process.
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise 7 days of the delivery of your product. After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY.
- In order to correctly process your return, the products must be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.
