ORDER PROCESSING

Once the terms of service are accepted and the order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email which will include your order number and purchase summary. At that time, you will be unable to make any changes or edits to your order. 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Pre-Sale item(s) will have an estimated shipping timeframe at time of purchase.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, we will gladly accept the return for a refund to the original payment method within 15 Days of the delivery.

The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.

Sassy Jones reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return.

Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

Purchases made online CANNOT be returned to the Sassy Jones Retail Store(s).

Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to the sender.

All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee (online purchases), which will be subtracted from the refund total. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

Online purchases must be returned online. The retail store(s) cannot process online purchases. 

ALL BEAUTY, HOME DECOR, SALE, GIFT CARDS, SPECIAL BUNDLES, DISCOUNTED, AND MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE/NON-RETURNABLE.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 
Once the return has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

If your item arrived in any condition other than as described, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

UPS Ground $14.99:  Estimated Delivery 2-4 Business Days; excludes P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

ALL P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders:

All international orders will be shipped via DHL in 3-5 business days.

Sassy Jones is NOT responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.  You must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
