  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product.

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY
  • In order to correctly process your return, the products MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $5 fee for each branded box not returned.
  • Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance / Sales items, Curated Bundle Boxes, Beauty Products (Lipstick and Lashes) and Gift cards purchases are nonreturnable.

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

Damages:  If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.

Missing Item From Order |  Wrong Item Received:

  • Any missing items from an order that states was shipped, requires a copy of the original invoice and picture of what was received to be emailed to
  • Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Sassy Jones will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error. Please send a picture of the incorrect item and the invoice to

Surprise bundle boxes include an array of Sassy Jones items. Items may include current and/or previous items offered on our website. The box may or may not be a complete look, but items can be incorporated with any look. The boxes are non-refundable, non-returnable and they cannot be swapped or sold in any of our FB groups. By purchasing the box, you understand and accept all of the details above.

Since Sassy Jones is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages, you would need to contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide your tracking details. If UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.

Gift Cards that are apart of purchase must have additional items that total $99+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $99+, you will be charged $8.95 shipping fee.

U.S. Territories and International Shipping to Canada ONLY: A $29.99 shipping fee is applied to all U.S. territories and international orders to Canada. Any additional duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
