Sassy Jones reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

The product(s) MUST be returned in perfect condition, showing no signs of being washed or worn.

The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return.

Unauthorized returns will be returned back to sender.

Purchases made online CANNOT be returned to the Sassy Jones Retail Store.

Items that do not meet the return criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

We do not accept returns on items that have visibly washed, worn or where the tags have been removed.

Non-Returnable Items: All home decor, sale items, items marked final sale, all Beauty products, Bundle offers, and Gift Cards are non-returnable.
