We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as ‘SASSYJONESB’.



Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to Sassy Jones new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.  *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.*



Orders are processed immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.


Buyer is responsible for contacting to initiate return process.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 10 days of the delivery of your product. After 10 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY
  • All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
  • Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing return and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Beauty Products (Lipstick and Lashes), Sassy Jones T-shirt, Retail and Sidewalk Sale Clearance Items Product is nonreturnable.

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).



Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift. 


Damages/ Wrong Item Received:  If your purchase arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received. Our rock-star customer care team will take care of processing the return of the item (s) back to us. We will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

  • All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. Sassy Jones will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.
  • Any incorrect items must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Sassy Jones will provide a pre-paid label for approved items received in error.

Missing Item From Order:

  • Any missing items from an order requires a copy of the original invoice. 


Orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)



Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. orders over $75 (sub-total). Excludes: Gift Card Purchases.  You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

(Sassy Jones is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.)

Gift Cards that are apart of purchase must have additional items that total $75+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $75+, you will be charged $7.95 shipping fee.

International Shipping: Duty and tax charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
