One of the questions that I get most is, "So what do you do all day anyway?" I always chuckle because it's actually pretty hard to explain, but if I had to put it into one sentence it's: making the decisions today that the history books will write about tomorrow. That's tons of smaller decisions like what direction our aesthetic will journey toward in upcoming seasons, analyzing data & revenue to inform those decision and tons of collaboration with the team for feedback on product development & branding projects. Although I get to use all kinds of super powers at work, my zone of genius & pleasure is undoubtedly product development.

Our customers love, love, love NEW arrivals so on the backend that's a lot of idea generation and creation. Our creativity is always overflowing, but it's super important to me that we work smarter rather than harder. For example, if our clients loved a specific item we'll simply introduce it in new colors one at a time rather than overwhelming them with tons of options or maybe develop a collection and a new story around it to enhance the products life cycle. This really gets our wheels turning and our clients cannot seem to get enough. We are trying to keep up with them!
We've been hard at work expanding our beauty collection with tons of new products like formulating new lash adhesives, liquid lipsticks, lash curlers and even new lash styles based off of what our clients are currently obsessed with. You ladies want more and we are here to over deliver all the fun!

Our quality is my first priority hands down. Our clients rely on our fabrication, construction, fit and overall craftsmanship of our products to help them look & feel like the unicorns they are. I have personally been known to throw bracelets across the room, slam chain fringe bags down on the floor multiple times and intentionally try to break products just to verify that our clients will enjoy the product for a lifetime with proper care even after our factories quality control measures are complete.
